For current employee practices we will review what you currently have in place, looking at contracts, files, policies and make recommendations to identify gaps and provide legally compliant solutions.

REGULAR MEETINGS

To keep on track throughout the year we create an 8 week on boarding programme to ensure you have the legal basics in place in terms of contracts / handbooks, right to work and other essential documents. Plus we have 2 annual check-ins. One with your Managers so they get to know, like and trust us and one with your Directors for an annual review.

PEACE OF MIND

We only recruit professionally CIPD qualified staff to provide advice, we maintain our CPD and of course it’s all backed up with professional indemnity insurance. If you want or have  Employment Practices Liability insurance we can look to set this up for you too.

You can ring us any time from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday – but we’ve also been known to take calls out of hours and weekends – for our retained clients only  – especially during the recent pandemic.

NO FACELESS CALL CENTRES

There is no faceless call centre with us…. We get to know your tribe and you get to know ours . We think that’s the best way for us to support you, your managers and your employees.

FLEXIBLE CONTRACTUAL TERMS

We won’t tie you into onerous, lengthy contracts that you cant get out of, unlike many HR helpline offerings. We only want to work with you if you want to work with us. So after 12 months if you want to leave us, that’s fine, it’s one month notice.

ACCESSIBLE DOCUMENTATION

For our retained clients, you will get access to over 40 template letters, policies and procedures. You won’t need to even rely on our 4 hour response time turnaround – we empower your managers to access and download.

PROACTIVE REPORTING

If you have the HR software we will proactively send you monthly reports on key areas like sickness and probation to help you and your tribe be proactive not reactive.
